Number Base Converter

About this tool

The number is read in the chosen base and converted to bases 2, 8, 10 and 16 plus one more of your choice (2–36). JavaScript BigInt keeps even 18446744073709551615 (2⁶⁴−1) exact: ffffffffffffffff.

Prefixes 0x, 0o and 0b are accepted for their bases, as are spaces or underscores such as 1111 1111. Negative numbers take a leading - and are not converted to two's complement.

Bases above 10 use a–z for digits 10 and up (z = 35 in base 36). Turn on Uppercase to show hex as FF.
